Dr. Mark Hardesty

Dr. Mark Hardesty (Co –Owner) is a 1988 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine and received the Award for Excellence in Food Animal Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Hardesty also holds a Master’s degree in Dairy Nutrition and Management from Ohio State. He practices exclusively with dairy cattle and calves. Dr. Hardesty works in all aspects of production medicine, with special interests in Dairy Management, Cow Comfort, Building Design, Nutrition consulting, Milk Quality, milker training, heifer raising and vaccination programs.

Dr. Hardesty writes a monthly column in the Hoard’s Dairyman magazine. Dr. Hardesty is an active member of theAmerican Association of Bovine Practitioner’s, Ohio Dairy Vets, Tri-State Nutrition, Ohio Veterinary Medical Association, American Veterinary Medical Association, and received the Merial Preventive Medicine Award for Dairy in 2000. Dr. Hardesty served on Ohio’s Dairy Care Standards Committee and is involved in supporting local Ag Education. In 2014, Dr. Hardesty was named AABP Practitioner of the Year.

Dr. Emily Stayduhar

is a 2016 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinery Medicine. Dr. Stayduhar is originally from western Pennsylvania, but she has become a proud Buckeye. She now resides in St. Henry and married her husband Kevin in September 2016. In her spare time Dr. Emily enjoys spending time with her dogs, running, and cheering on the Buckeyes with her family and friends. She has a passion for both large and small animals and her special interest include surgery, dairy management, and calf care. She is a member of OVMA, AVMA, and AABP.

Dr. Laura Nusbaum

Dr Laura Nusbaum is a 1999 graduate from the University of Findlay and 2004 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Nusbaum was from Defiance County; she now resides outside of New Bremen with her husband, three children, and Rottweiler “Rogue”. Since joining our clinic in 2004, Dr. Laura devotes her time to both small and large animal care. Her special interests include small animal surgery, livestock and pet disease management, and calf care. She is a member of the OVMA, AVMA, and AABP. She also enjoys spending time with her family camping.

Dr. Angela King

Dr Angela King is originally from Boone, Iowa, and graduated from Iowa State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. She is a proud Cyclone! The week after graduation she married her husband Cody. They met on a dairy farm in Northeast Iowa while Dr. King was in veterinary school. They have a house full of cats, dogs, and fish. Dr. King practiced in Wisconsin for four and a half years in a dairyexclusive practice and then worked and managed a 500-cow dairy in Wisconsin with her husband before coming to MSAC in December 2014. Her practice interests include dairy cattle welfare and calves. She is a member of AVMA and AABP. When she is not working, she enjoys baking and spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Andy Lefeld

Dr. Andy Lefeld is a 2015 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Lefeld is originally from Saint Henry. He now resides in New Bremen with his wife Stacey, whom he met while attending college at Ohio State. Dr. Andy's clinical interests include dairy management and cattle reproduction. While not at work, he enjoys being outdoors with family and friends. He is a member of OVMA, AVMA and AABP.

Dr. Cully

Dr. Tom Cully

Dr. Tom Cully is a 2014 graduate of Cornell University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. Born and raised on a grain farm in Van Wert County, Dr. Cully studied Biology at Indiana Wesleyan University before attending veterinary school in upstate New York. From New York, Dr. Cully and his family moved to Chilton, Wisconsin where he worked as a herd veterinarian and manager at a large dairy farming operation. He enjoys working towards goals and overcoming challenges to improve farm efficiency and profitability. He is a member of the OVMA, AVMA, and AABP. Dr. Cully and his family enjoy adventures together and connecting with the community.
